We recently completed our second project with Turco McCarthy  in 1/2020.  Allyson helped us redesign our second-story back deck into a covered and screened in space.  Allyson has always been fantastic to work with.  She is timely, thoughtful, knowledgeable about local safety/code standards, and able to help with permitting and variances as needed.   Our deck was small and crumbling and she listened to our specific desires about the space and designed a beautiful porch perfectly suited for us.  She gave us several options to consider and was great at including revisions as needed.  She recommended several contractors to consider for the job and we interviewed all of them to consider their bids.  All of them were professional.  Once we chose a contractor, Allyson and the contractor worked together to get the permitting done and ensure the project was executed faithfully to our wishes and her designs.  We love our new porch and could not be happier with Allyson Turco McCarthy as an architect.
