The Client was frustrated with the small patio and an inability to entertain out in the yard.  Turco Mccarthy designed a covered porch for experiencing the Client’s lovely yard while cooking and entertaining.

However, during construction, the Client decided to enclose the screens with windows creating a sunroom instead and a usable space year round.
