This client is moving back into his childhood home with his current family!  His mother, will be in the terrace level apartment we are designing while his family moves into the upstairs, also receiving major modifications.

Scope included: new two car garage, new in law suite, new primary suite, new kitchen layout, new living areas, rear deck and screen porch plus second floor modifications!  This project is just going into construction, pictures to come!
