The home owners engaged Turco McCarthy to explore an expansion of a second floor to create new bedroom suites, enlarge the laundry room and create a secret office.  The scope included a new attic expansion on the rear to create a third floor with additional bedrooms and living space.

With a new pool and yard design planned, the design scope shows how the current basement / crawlspace could be converted into a recreation room, theater and fitness room.

The project went through historic board review and approval with full engineering services to permit.  The home owners opted to relocate than complete the project, something they were considering prior to our hire.
