Turco McCarthy worked with the developer client to completely gut a one story SFR to reconfigure the ground level, add a second floor, shore the foundation and add a deck and screened porch.  Property is close to a flood plane requiring the second story addition to add space.

The existing 2/1 with garage and sun room became a 4/3.5 with open space, a bonus room and laundry.
