An investment team purchased a residence with historic features and original pyramid roof intent on retaining the front facade.  The floor plan laid similar to a double shotgun with no central hall way and bedrooms three stacked, bathrooms off of two.

The Client asked me to gut the entire interior for a new layout and add 1,000 sf to the rear for a Master suite.  New paint colors on the exterior with patching and repair of the fascia transforms the residence.
