Turco McCarthy was hired to design preliminary concepts for a new townhome community pending neighborhood review and multiple zoning reviews.  The clients purchases multiple single residential lots to combine and construct the townhome project.

There was an independent consultant for the site concept which included a single entry point with either a community building or a single family home.  The outer loop road provides rear access to the townhome garages with the inner loop being for pedestrian use with a central green quad.

The clients requested a simplified Georgian architecture vocabulary with the building’s design leading to the use of brick and stone with traditional columns and covered paths.

This project has not proceeded past preliminary design.
