The client wanted to grow succulents on level to her living space which sits elevated a flight above grade.

The design program converted an existing screen porch off the living room into a sun room | greenhouse space.  A portion of the exterior wall between the two spaces was removed to bring lots of light inside.

Under the new space was screened in for storage and future opportunity as a grade level screen porch.
