Client hired Turco McCarthy to design a new single family residence on an empty lot in the City of Hapeville.

The lot is on a street that is part of a preservation district which regulates how new construction should look to be compatible with the older existing homes.  Small single and 1.5 story cottages tend to dot the area, so we were directed to design with the craftsman style in mind.

Our parameters were to stay under 2,000 sf with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath second floor and open main level with a half bath.

This project is headed to a City board review and then will be constructed.  More to come!
