Wishing more space to enjoy rear yard views, an updated kitchen and desiring a new bedroom suite, Turco McCarthy was hired to design an addition to the existing residence.

The design worked with the existing kitchen space converting the pantry into a refrigerator nook and creating a new pantry and laundry room in another underutilized area of the home.

The bedroom suite included a bath with soaking tub and connectivity to the new sunroom off the kitchen.
