The homeowners bought their forever home with plans to significantly renovate the floor plan.  The existing residence is a two story brick structure with the garage nestled into the floor plate.

Turco McCarthy was engaged to convert the existing kitchen and garage into one kitchen and family great room.  A room above the existing garage was removed to open up the ceilings creating vaulted spaces.  A new 3 car garage addition replaced the existing garage.
