Previous clients rehired Turco McCarthy LLC to enclose an existing side porch and turn a deck into a screen porch.  A new deck was added to the screened deck.

The project required a variance and follow up with the City Tree Arborist due to the location.  The design passed both without complications.  The clients are enjoying their new exterior living space.
