Clients approached Turco McCarthy to design their new forever home in the north Georgia mountains.  While the clients had ideas of floor plan layouts and exterior appearance concepts, we helped navigate bringing it all into one design for a general contractor to price, then construct.

This single family residence houses four vehicles, a utility room, laundry, lofted great living space with open kitchen, dining and living.  The main bedroom suite is on the main floor with access to the rear covered (elevated) patio.

The lower terrace is partially buried and serves as the storage and equipment rooms, a sauna, gym and guest room plus bonus living space.
