Turco McCarthy provided as built documentation, design and spatial planning, permit documents, FF&E and Furniture purchase.

Using the footprint of an existing 3,500 sf active multifamily apartment leasing structure, Clients engaged Turco McCarthy to re program the space without adding square footage.  We opened up the leasing lobby, enlarged the exercise room and refreshed the multi purpose room.  Opening views to the pool deck – a selling point for the complex – changed the building’s entire feel adding bright natural light.
