One component of a multi family project is the model room.

Turco McCarthy, hired to design high end living units out of unused white box retail space, was also asked to update the current model room using existing pieces as necessary.

The two bedroom apartment was updated at a $11,500 budget, including new artwork, to give the unit a more urban feel for the young professional demographic.
