Turco McCarthy was the architect consultant for Silver Oak, a design build company, who was contracted with clients to remodel interior spaces and add a year round screen porch addition.  The addition replaced an existing deck that did not provide any shade during the summer months nor an option for any winter relaxation.  With a new pool going into the rear yard, the clients wanted to upgrade the rear yard experience.  The solution provided a covered screen porch in the summer and a fireplace for the fall months.

Turco McCarthy executed the design with Silver Oak and provided the permit documentation for construction.

Other interior work was adding taller windows in the dining room and reconfiguring the primary suite on the main level.  A window wall now provides view of the rear yard from the living space.
