A repeat client from in town Atlanta reached out to Turco McCarthy for an addition, new screen porch and reconfigure of interior space.

The modest single story structure had a previous rear addition that needed to house a new primary bathroom, laundry and multi-purpose space.  The original two bedroom, one bath shotgun layout sits on an undersized lot and the clients wanted to add the new bathroom, laundry and workable office or sitting room and screen porch without losing the rear yard.

We removed the existing deck and added 4′ to the house length to make the interior program feasible then added a small screen porch for coffee.
