Turco McCarthy was approached to guide an updated interior remodel and an exterior street level refresh for the new realty business moving into the commercial zoned residence.

Over a hundred years old, the residence once had a front porch and the new owner wanted to restore this feature so clients could sit and connect with the neighborhood.

The design had to receive approval from the adjacent neighbors, the Inman Park historic district committee, the local NPU and the Atlanta Urban Design Commission in order to proceed with permit and construction.
