The client purchased an abandoned and damaged contributing historic residence in an Atlanta historic district to renovate for resale.  Turco McCarthy designed a new floor plan to include a master suite and open living space.

We presented to the Atlanta Urban Design Commission for approval and provided permit documents for construction.  The client sold the completed project within a week of market advertisement.

This 100 year old neglected home was brought back to life; a sustainable design solution.
