Turco McCarthy was hired to design a new accessory dwelling unit in a historic district to include a two car garage, exterior stair entry, balcony and living space.
The owner wanted a structure off the rear alley to park cars instead of using the existing gravel pad. The ADU is for family and guest visitors.
The property is located in a historic district requiring a Staff review for the new structure verifying it meets zoning and the historic district’s design guidelines.
