Turco McCarthy was hired to develop a design concept offering the client more space for a home office and multipurpose space where the site had tight restrictions.

The solution is a two story addition, that looks similar to a rear accessory dwelling, but is attached at the hallway for interior connection between the home and new office spaces.

The client is a landscape designer who wanted lots of natural light, open space and views of the yards.
