With a new pool going into the rear yard, these clients reached out to Turco McCarthy for ideas on how best to add a new outdoor bathroom, shower, storage space and lounging areas for the new pool.  We were late to the conversation with a couple of GCs and a landscape architect already on board with suggestions.

Originally, the scope of work included relocating the existing garage to a new car port design under the existing screen porch and converting the existing garage space into pool service areas.  This solution also connected the underutilized terrace space to be connected with the new pool and pool deck area.

After master planning and budget discussions, the scope became an new cabana building adjacent to the pool with no revisions to the garage or lower terrace.  Included was a re-orientation of the main level exterior stairs from the screen porch to the main living room with direct visual of the new pool deck and cabana.
